We will process correction requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically no longer than 14 business days.
Account deletion and closure rights
You have the right to request account closure and deletion of your personal information. Such requests can be submitted to our support team. Please note that full deletion may not be possible for records that must be retained for legal or financial compliance reasons. In such cases, we will inform you which records cannot be deleted and explain why.

Users will be notified of any significant changes via an in-platform notification. The latest effective date will always be shown at the top of this document.
