Platform Usage
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bet4cuci platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing or using the bet4cuci platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you expressly confirm your acceptance of all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the bet4cuci platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bet4cuci as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The bet4cuci platform is only open to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bet4cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting this requirement until verification is complete.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful and permitted under the laws of their country or jurisdiction. bet4cuci makes no representation regarding the legality of its use outside its own jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the bet4cuci platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The full name, phone number, and payment details you register must match your real identity. bet4cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification process.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess, and never share your login details with anyone. bet4cuci will never ask for your password through any external communication channel.
All activity conducted through your account — including all bets, deposits, withdrawals and settings changes — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the bet4cuci support team immediately.
General User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that could compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automated software, bots, or any method to manipulate games or platform systems is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the bet4cuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include FPX bank transfers via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and RHB, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet. bet4cuci reserves the right to add or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for ensuring all transfer details are correct before confirming any transaction. bet4cuci is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect transfer information entered by the user.
Withdrawals are subject to the account verification requirements in place. bet4cuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding specified limits. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one and five business days.
Any attempt to commit transaction fraud — including initiating a chargeback on a legitimate payment after credits have been applied to an account — will be treated as a serious violation and may result in account closure and appropriate legal action.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limit
Bet4cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service disruptions, technical errors or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and bet4cuci makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or availability of its services at any time.
Account Suspension and Closure
Bet4cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the absolute discretion of platform management. Users whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal through customer support channels. Any credit balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bet4cuci platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, game software and code — is the exclusive property of bet4cuci or its licensing partners. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the bet4cuci platform contains links to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for informational convenience only. bet4cuci is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites and does not endorse them in any way.
Amendments & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Bet4cuci reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on the platform's website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you may close your account by contacting the bet4cuci customer support team.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the bet4cuci platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of the inconsistency, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
